Dinner to inaugurate the new back house of Mandolin was fantastic.  Dish after dish came out...mezze platters...watermelon and beet salad...kefte balls...fried calamari with fresh yogurt sauce...shrimp stew...grilled salmon...greek salad...rice pilaf...then this dish came wafting out of the kitchen and placed directly in front of me.  I'm still not sure how i caught this photo because i swear the minute they were on the table everyone grabbed one.  Perfectly juicy & delicately seasoned...one small bite sent me back to my days in Mykonos.
