Johnny Boy is so happy that Junior & Hatter is finally open, the vision of my personal hair stylist, Andrea Battista, and friend and fellow master stylist Mario Silvestri.  I remember coming to Miami and I could not get a decent haircut for the life of me, for some reason, alot of hair stylists don't understand asian hair, so i always got either an uneven haircut, or one that just made me look like a business student 🙁  But then my friend Suzy Buckley swore by Andrea at Cutler Salon, so I made my first appt. and the rest is history.  He definitely takes his time to get to know you and what you want, and expertly produces that, I even sometimes go in and tell him to do whatever he wants.

Not only is Junior & Hatter's decor insanely cool, but it is located right down the street from moi in Wynwood.  Walking into the salon reminds me of a rustic Hamptons home designed by a super chic "straight" man that should be "gay", think an old trade working desk with leather tops with original Emil J Padir Chicago Barber Chairs from 1935.

In addition to the traditional, ie haircuts, blowdries, and highlighting treatments, they'll also be offering special services such as Keratin treatment, extensions, mani + pedi's (my favorite), and makeup / lash services.  The coolest thing in the salon are the iPads that you can use to pick and download songs you want to hear, all while perusing top fashion and beauty magazines for inspiration. What more do you want? well possibly a beer...you can get that here also 🙂  See more images below:
