FRIED CHICKEN DINNER PARTY ALERT

The fab Pérez Art Museum of Miami (PAMM) will be hosting one of Johnny Boy's DREAM dinner parties: a preview of 5 recipes from Lee Brian Schrager's new book devoted to Fried Chicken: Fried and True on Tuesday, May 27th from 6PM - 9PM. Tickets, which include dinner, sangria, and a signed copy of Fried and True, are $175 for MEMBERS and $200 for NON-MEMBERS and can be purchased HERE

It will be a buffet style dinner with side dishes served family style on picnic style seating on the waterfront terrace with live music from Martin Hand and his Ensemble. Below you'll find the mouth watering menu:
