On Thursday, November 29th, Slow Food Miami will be hosting a super interesting 'Ark of Taste' Benefit Dinner featuring Chefs Michael Schwartz, Bradley Herron & Hedy Goldsmith at the beautiful Kampong of the National Tropical Botanical Garden.  If your not familiar with Slow Food Miami, they are a local, 100% volunteer non-profit dedicated to plating a fresher future for our children.

Johnny Boy not only loves to support the Arts, but also the future of our future generations, and what better way to do this, and have a grand ol' time then at this dinner.  The featured foods will be the:

Delicious looking Sea Grapes

+

South Florida's Royal Red Shrimp

It all starts with cocktails at 6:30pm by one of my favorite companies, Grey Goose Vodka of course, followed by a multi-course dinner featuring the innovative dishes that Chef Schwartz and his team will create, for the fourth straight year.  The event will help fund 120 Edible School Gardens available for our South Florida students.  Tickets are $250 per person and can be purchased here, and you can check out the menu here.
